Phone apps can be great on the go, but if you want something easier to follow along, there are hundreds of fitness youtube channels available online. My favorite channel for the days where I need more balance and flexibility is “Yoga with Adriene.” These videos average around 30 minutes long, and it’s as if you’re taking a yoga class at home. It’s so easy to follow along and learn all the poses accurately.
