  1. Very interesting article, I was surprised with butter, everyone knows it’s the source of a not healthy cholesterinum. I prefer other oils like the ones of linen seeds or pumpkin seeds. Nevertheless it was very interesting to read and learn about these products.

  2. Most processed foods contain high amounts of GMO(genetically modified organisms). It is better to eat natural foods or minimally processed foods from plant sources. Soymilk is one of such healthy foods
