In order to get your mind to work throughout the day, you have to start with your body. Your mind learns from how your body acts. If you remain stationary all day, your mind will follow suit. So in order to get your mind to focus, start by getting your body moving. Even just a few simple stretches in the morning will do the trick. Just get on to Youtube and find a simple 5 minute dance workout routine to start. Even just blasting music while you get ready and shake your body to the rhythm will give you that momentum you need to have a productive day.
