4. Swivel chair crunches

When sitting at your desk, you might be lucky enough to have a swivel chair. While they can be fun to roll around in, they can also be helpful in your next workout! In a seated position, hover your feet off the floor, hold on to your desk with your hands, and now the fun part: swivel left and right to work out your obliques. Try three sets of 15 reps for this creative swivel workout!
