2. Chair arm lifts

This workout will target your chest and shoulders. In a seated position, use both hands on your chair arms to slowly life the bottom of your body off the chair. Hover here, for a few seconds, then lower slowly and hover over your seat for a few more seconds. Repeat 10-15 or until you feel the burn!
