How to Make Your Voice Heard at Work

Prepare, prepare, prepare

Maybe it’s nerves, little distractions or just a forgetful mind. The point that you wanted to make gets lost in the billions of other thoughts racing through your head. Preparing the points you want to express beforehand can really help narrow your focus when you’re having an important work conversation. Write down a few bullet points on a post-it note.
